How do you grade the quality of your vintage clothing?
We use a standardized grading system. Grade A items are in excellent condition with no major flaws. Grade B items may show minor signs of wear, such as small marks or fading, which often adds to the authentic vintage aesthetic.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
To support businesses of all sizes, our minimum order quantity starts at 10kg for mixed bundles or a minimum spend of $300 for hand-picked premium items.
Are all items professionally laundered before shipping?
While we steam and inspect every garment for quality control, we recommend that all wholesale vintage items are laundered by the retailer before being placed on the sales floor.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your destination country. Please note that customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
Due to the nature of vintage clothing, all wholesale sales are final. However, if you receive an item that significantly differs from its grade description or has undisclosed damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I request specific brands or eras in my bundle?
Yes, we offer specialized 'Category Bales' where you can select specific eras (e.g., 90s Streetwear) or specific brands. For custom curation, please contact our wholesale team directly.
